Is there a way to totally disable Control-C during the boot process? Setting break off in config.sys still allows breaks during disk access. -- Mick Laver, C-010 Internet: laver@sdcsvax.ucsd.edu UCSD Academic Computing Center UUCP: ...!sdcsvax!sdcc3!zz1ml La Jolla, CA.92093 BITNET: laver@ucsd.BITNET

Hello all, I am in the process of writing a program in Turbo Pascal. What the program should do when finished is ask for a password, then lock up the terminal until the password is entered. I have the main part working, only that anyone with an IQ of over 60 knows that you can press Ctrl-C or Ctrl-Break to exit the program. Is there any way to temporarily disable these two key comb- inations? Please E-mail to the address below. Thanks, -ccb -- * You can find me here. Maybe. * Change is easy.
