I recently bought a new computer (80386 based) to replace my TI Pro(which the kids are now using). As a result, I have a couple of needs: 1) I moved my Mouse Systems mouse from the TI Pro to the new computer but the software I had to support it was all TI specific. I have located the IBM/Clone driver on a system at work and that is fine on the new computer but there was also a menu compiler to add mouse support to other programs. I haven't located an IBM version of the menu compiler and I need that also. Is there any way I can get one short of buying another mouse? Obviously someone could send me a copy but what are the legal ramifications of that? I do own the mouse and I'll only use it on the new system. 2) My 14 year old son wants to do his themes, reports, term papers, etc. on the TI Pro with the word processor that we have for that system and then print them on the new computer since the printer also went to the new computer. Does anyone know the structure of Samna Word III files? I need to write a program to read these files and print them on a system where I don't have Samna running. thanks, George ******************************************************************************* Any similarity between my opinion and my employer's is purely coincidental and subject to immediate review if you bring it to my attention! +-------------------------------------------------------------------+ | DOMAIN: grimesg@sj.ate.slb.com | George Grimes | | UUCP: {decwrl,uunet}!sjsca4!grimesg | Schlumberger Technologies | | INTERNET: grimesg%sjs@sdr.slb.com | 1601 Technology Drive | | PHONE:(408)437-5305/Fax:(408)453-0137 | San Jose, Ca. 95115 | +-------------------------------------------------------------------+
