A couple of weeks ago (ok maybe more like 6 weeks ago), I sent out a request for info on the MicroSoft Mouse. This worked rather well, and the package which I am working on is nearing completion. (Thanx to all who contributed). Little did I know, however, that a mouse is not nessessarily a mouse. I tried the program on a machine with a Logitech mouse installed, and it (The Program) . . . Bit-the-Dust. SO - I am wondering if there is a standard way that most programs access the mouse(mice), or if they just find out somehow what mouse is installed, and have seperate code for each manufacturers mouse.
