I have a bunch of 41464 DRAMs (256K chips configured as 64x4 kbits) and am wondering what (besides designer jewelry) they are good for? Anyone know what micros or peripherals use these chips? Are these the chips used in VGA expansions? Do VGA's require higher speed chips, or will these work so long as my I/O bus 8 MHz or slower?
