[comp.sys.ibm.pc] Phone Dialer source code

Hi there,


Does anyone knows where could I find a Public Domain Phone Dialer source code ?
I have to implement such a thing in a phone-directory program, and I believe
that someone may have made it available somewhere. I remember seeing a file
DIALER85.ARC.1 in SIMTEL20 under PD1:<MSDOS.MODEM>, but it is no longer there.

Preferable languages are C, CLIPPER or ASSEMBLER, but I'm accepting anything
just not to have to think about how to do it myself.
