Hello. I've downloaded MATLAB from SIMTEL, and I can't get it to give
me anything. Here's some output:
< M A T L A B >
Version of 05/25/82
HELP is available
<>1
ANS =
0.
<>a=1
A =
0.
<>a=<1,1,1>
A =
0. 0. 0.
I ran this after booting w/generic DOS 3.3, no TSR's or anything. Any
ideas?

Don't know about the PD version, but the commercial version does require a math coprocessor, in the absence of which it acts just like the way PD MATLAB seems to be acting. However, I used a 8087 emulator program on my 386, and everything worked out like a charm. Some kind gentleman, Fred, on the net originally sent me this shareware emulator; if anyone else needs it, email me and I will mail it ASAP. Hope this helps. Milan .
