The PC User Group at my company is interested in creating templates for electronic forms that are commonly used (i.e., travel vouchers, performance appraisal forms, purchase requisitions, etc.), and we are looking for software to do it. Our question is: IS THERE A PACKAGE OUT THERE THAT WILL DO THE FOLLOWING???? 1. One person will create all the form templates. Copies of the templates will be given to all the users to install on their computers. When they want to fill in a form, they call up the template, respond to the prompts and print the completed form. 2. We would prefer to use the "prompt" method for filling in the forms rather than having the user see the form on the screen and fill in the blanks. 3. The forms must be able to do calculations (travel vouchers). 4. There is no need to keep copies of the forms electronically. Once the form is printed, there is no need to keep the form on disk. 5. I would hope that EACH USER would not have to purchase the forms software (that would get very expensive). 6. Also, it would be nice if the templates could be used on both IBM's and MAC's. I've been told by some people that FoxPro RunTime version will do what I require, and I am currently looking into that package. Any suggestions????? Respond by EMAIL to: ANNEP@PUCC.PRINCETON.EDU
