[comp.sys.ibm.pc] Small Contractor software - estimating, proposals, etc.

Does anyone know of any software (PD, share, commercial) that may be
used by a small contractor (carpentry mainly) for the purpose of
job estimating, proposal preparation, etc?  Please mail me any
