[comp.sys.ibm.pc] HELP: MultiUser Software

sed@sppy00.UUCP (Steve Driscoll) (01/09/90)

A friend of mine need some advice on MultiUser software. A sales-type is
recommending a product called NTNX. He is running a Clipper application
(similar to Dbase but compiled) with alot of disk access. His questions?
1) Is NTNX a good solution?
2) What are the alternatives?
3) What are the Caveat Emptor issues?

Thanks in advance!

While I can't answer your questions without knowing what his hardware
configuration is, I can suggest that you call the vendor and ask them directly.
The name and such are:

		Alloy Computer Products, Inc.
		Marlboro, Mass.
