In PC Magazine (volume 8 number 18) there is an add (on page 390) from MicroWay where they states that they have two 386 boards that plug into the 80286 socket (16 and 25 MHz models) allowing you to run 32-bit protected mode code written for the 80386. Includes an 80387 socket. Prices are $495 and $695. Does anyone have any experiences on this one? How about on 12MHz AT? Are there any problems with this kind of upgrade? What is the speedup ratio? Aby other comments? Feel free to tell me. -- Harri Valkama (hv@uwasa.fi) anon. ftp site (128.214.12.3)
