The Personals is a reasonably well made light comedy about a Minneapolis
fellow, recently divorced, who is resuming dating. No great social comment,
no slapstick, no heavy violence, no minority relations, etc. Just a fun story
about likeable people. Some nice photography of Minneapolis, although the
inhabitants are not really that uniformly beautiful. The actors are unknowns,
but do a good job. You will probably enjoy this one, if you can handle
"cute" movies.
