[comp.sys.ibm.pc] Looking for debuger for board-based s/w

gregk@ubvax.UB.Com (Greg Kendall) (01/16/90)

What debuger do you use for smart (on board processor) card based software.
I'm looking for something that can control the on-board processor
(breakpoints, single step, etc) and be controled from the pc.

Any suggestions welcome.

SoftScopeIII/x86 is a remote debugger that communicates with the target
board through RS232 line. You have to install a monitor (Intel's iSDM or iMIII)
in ROM on the target.
