I have an Archimedes, with a PC Emulator (which although slightly slow it is a very good emulation). I have two drives - one a 3.5" and the other a 5.25" drive (with 40/80 track options). When I format the 5.25" drive, the format program automatically formats it as 720K (which is readable in 80 track mode.) I can read 360K 5.25" useing the 40 track option on the drive - can anyone tell me how to format 360K disks. Thanks Gary.

You can format a 360K disk on a 1.2mb drive by issuing a FORMAT A:/t:40/n:9 Bobby Li BITNET: TT3X@CRNLVAX5 INTERNET: TT3X@VAX5.CIT.CORNELL.EDU INTERNET: LI#BOBBY%MFE.MFENET@ANLVM.CTD.ANL.GOV
