Yes, there is at least SIMTEL20, which is accessible through LISTSERV@VM1.NODAK.EDU. I suggest you send mail there with the text 'HELP' (without the quotes). Do not send it a signature. The next thing I suggest is getting (the instructions on how to get are listed in the 'Help' text) SIMIBM.ARC or SIMIBM.IDX (SIMIBM.ARC has several support programs.) The files will always be sent in UUENCODED format, so will need to be concatenated and uudecoded, so ... I strongly suggest that you read the comp.binaries.ibm.pc.d group. It is a much lower volume than this group, but it also has the latest updates to SIMTEL20, on a daily (sometimes), weekly (at least), and monthly (brand new) basis.
