I'm sorry to post this here, but I haven't had any luck with Borland 'phone support or with posts to lower volume groups... My question is, has anyone got a WORKING address for any borland tech support types on CIS. I have gotten mail to one person on compuserve before, so I know it can be done, and I know that the addresses take the general form xxxx.yyy@compuserve.com or name@[department.]organization.compuserve.com. However, I don't have access to the CIS user directory, and the folks who do borland 'phone support during Hawaii business hours claim never to have heard of Internet. So, drop me a line, or post; I'll summarize if I get any useful info. Many thanks, -tom -- =============================================================================== webb@uhccux.uhcc.Hawaii.edu "The first duty in life is to assume a pose. On compuserve, you need the full compuserve id number (6 or 7 digits, then a comma, then 4 more digits). On Compuserve, try GO BORLAND. Once in their SIG, read messages till you see one with a compuserve id number that also says SYSOP, or in some way indicates it is a Borland representative. Then, leave mail directly to that person. You can leave the message in the Sig, or GO EASY and leave easyplex message. Hope this helps. If there is nothing at GO BORLAND, then try FIND BORLAND.

I guess you didn't get as far as my follow-up; I get behind in this newsgroup too ;-). Anyway, send your questions to Larry Kraft (76703.764@compuserve.com). He will post your question to the approprate Borland group and return the answers. BTW, if you think that this is a useful service, you might send Larry some mail saying so, or send it to me and I will foward it. -tom -- =============================================================================== webb@uhccux.uhcc.Hawaii.edu "The first duty in life is to assume a pose.
