Dark Crystal is interesting if you like innovative muppetry, dull otherwise. I saw its premiere for $3 at a medium sized theater near my home this evening. I expected more than 50 people to be there. This movie was a technical success, but an entertainment failure. You might want to go to see the amazing muppets, but don't expect to be enchanted by plot/characters.
