[comp.sys.ibm.pc] AST Advantage Board Switch Settings

I'm looking for dip switch settings for configuring an AST Advantage bd
I want to add 128K to fill out a PC/AT from the 512K on the motherboard
to 640K (add 128K on the Advantage bd).

of interest to most folks here.
