TVOntario was developing a fancy editor for NAPLPS, but it relied on a
NORPAK decoder box.
There were a few other hardware implementations - Sony had an MSDOS
PC with NAPLPS built in, and I think Electrohome had a decoder box.
I seem to recall something for the Tandy Colour Computer (software decoder).
I thought that NAPLPS had died due to cost and lack of interest.

Canada's new ALEX videotex services. One of these packages is

It works on IBM PC compatibles with CGA, EGA, MCGA, VGA or Hercules
