#N:pur-ee:7000028:000:812 pur-ee!davy Jan 1 12:58:00 1983 To those of you who have seen "Six Weeks", did you notice that in some of the New York scenes, things were BACKWARDS? For example: In front of the theater, the first time they were there, the printing on the red sign is BACKWARDS. When they put their footprints in the cement, the words "Police Line Do Not Cross" (or something like that) are BACKWARDS. I remember one or two other instances of this, it all happened within about a 15-20 minute sequence of the movie. Question: Was this some form of symbolism? I seem to remember thinking it tied in with something (I can't for the life of me remember what, though) when I first saw it. Could the backwards printing be meaningful in some bizarre way, or is it just a VERY poor job of editing/continuity? --Dave Curry pur-ee!davy
