[comp.sys.ibm.pc] modem for PS/2

Modems for the PS/2 have to be compatable with the Micro Channel 
architecture, and there are not too many companies that make them (as far
as I could find when I was looking for mine). I bought an Everex Evercom II
24 Plus for my model 50Z. I use it all the time, and I have never had any
trouble with it. It came with Bitcom communications software, which I 
personally like a lot. The documentation is very good, in my opinion. You
get 3 manuals with it, one for the modem itself, another for the Bitcom
software, and another explaining the MNP error correction. I have the 2400
baud modem, and I have no idea if they have a 9600 baud, but here is the
