The communications program PROCOMM PLUS is at the most current version of 1.1b.The product is produced by Datastorm Technologies , Columbia, MO. Many mail order houses sell it for around $50. See PC Week, PC Magazine,m etc. for listings. "Test drive" versions are available on many IBM PC related BBS.
