Somebody asked me if my computer (which is neither a pc nor a clone) can run the equivalent of a shareware communication program called 'Telix'. However, she could not tell me exactly what this program does. Can anybody tell me ? Please e-mail, as I may not see postings to this group. Hans P.s. one of the questions is: does this program transport faxes ? ======================================================================== Hans Buurman | hans@duttnph.tudelft.nl | hans@duttnph.UUCP Pattern Recognition Group | 31-(0)15-78 46 94 | Faculty of Applied Physics | Delft University of Technology

Telix is, in my opinion (and many others) the communications package available for "BBS'ing". It is made by Exis Corp. in Ontario, Canada (suprise!). Once you use it, you'll NEVER want to go back. Unfortunately, just as Crosstalk can't display ANSi (without the driver installed), Telix can't fax! (as far as I know - I could be wrong) --- ~ EZ 1.25 ~
