[comp.sys.ibm.pc] cluster size on Hard Drive

I want to set up a 10meg partition on my miniscribe 40meg drive, but I want
it to have as small a cluster size as possible.  I'm using Disk Manager
3.6 for formatting and partitioning, but I can't find an option for changing
cluster size.  Anyone know how I can do this?
