About Liberty!

An educational software program on the United States Constitution is
available for IBM PCs and compatibles. The program is called Liberty!
and runs on PCs with one of the following graphics cards: EGA, VGA or
Hercules.
The program uses a mouse if one is available - but suprisingly doesn't
need one to function perfectly.
Topics Covered: Consitutional Convention, Separation of Powers, Three
Branches of Gov't, Landmark Supreme Court cases, etc.
A fully indexed and cross-referenced version of the US Constitution is
available to the user at any time by pressing a "hot-key." Hypertext
links allow you to follow the document as your interests lead you. It's
especially great for kids.
