Has anyone out there experienced any problems with the ink blotting on an HP Deskjet+ printer. I'm trying to print a scanned image and it appears that too much ink is hitting the paper. The paper becomes warped from the excess ink. This also happens when printing graphics. I've replaced the ink cartridge but that did'nt help. Any help would be appreciated..... Thanks in advance! For printing graphics, the DeskJet is quite sensitive to the type of paper you use. You might experiment with several different stocks. Also, for some graphics applications I get better quality print in draft mode than in letter mode. Very curious. -B -- "Simulate it in ROSS" Brian Leverich | U.S. Snail: 1700 Main St. ARPAnet: leverich@rand.org | Santa Monica, CA 90406 UUCP: decvax!randvax!leverich | Ma Bell: (213) 393-0411 X7769
