[comp.sys.ibm.pc] Icon programming language

Would anyone be so kind as to send me some information
on the availability of the Icon programming language
for the ibm pc family of computers (running DOS).
The main questions I have are:

   - is it available.
   - can I ftp it from anywhere.
   - what does it require to run.
