[comp.sys.ibm.pc] Interested in setting up a BBS with News access.

I am currently looking into setting up a BBS carrying news (possibly e-mail)
in the Ottawa (ONT) area for general access.  In that regard I have a few 
questions for you member of the news world:

    1) Is there such a beast in Ottawa????

    2) What kind of Hardware ( modem, PC ) / Operating (DOS/Xenix/OS2) system 
       can be used????

    3) Anyone in Ottawa would agree to provide with a newsfeed/(mailfeed?).

If you want to run the PCBoard BBS software you can get a feed from 
Canada Remote Systems here in toronto (I think they also have a regional feed
in ottawa!! which would be better).

I gateway ALL of usenet into this PCBoard BBS network as well as the local 
fidonet network.  I don't know if they echo the fidonet stuff as far as ottawa.
