[comp.sys.ibm.pc] Hornet 386 / ESIX

gendel@soleil.UUCP (Gary Gendel) (03/06/90)

Has anyone heard of a 386 motherboard called "Hornet"? I am looking at a
mailorder firm that uses this in their 33 Mhz PC. Who and where the
manufacturer is would be of great benefit.

Secondly, I've read a lot of discussion about SCO and Interactive versions of
UNIX. Why is ESIX missing in the discussions, as it is 1/3 the price of the
other systems. Does anyone know of the plans of these companies to release
Rev 4 of System 5?

Thanks.

There is plenty of discussion (and representation from EVEREX) in
comp.unix.386i for ESIX.
