Can someone email a short, but adequate, programming description of a PC game port ? Thanks. One basic question: can the game port be used as a simple 8-bit parallel input port ? Check out the Shareware disk called The Home Control Primer. It has 3
programs related to home automation, one which is called GAMEPORT.EXE.
With GAMEPORT you can measure light and temperature sensitivity as well as
4 digital inputs. Good documentation is supplied.
