[comp.sys.ibm.pc] QUADRAM Board Help

DOes anyone out there have the old QUAD4 board from QUAD RAM.  I am in need
of the program(s) that set the clock chip.  Does anyone have them or are there
some public domain programs that will work and where do I get them.
