Get this. I'm trying to get a new PostScript printer from Raster Devices working with our AT setup. We keep installing the card and running the installation software, but when we get to the "hardware setup" we get an "Unrecognized Hardware" message. Sure we called Raster Devices. They have sent new software one time. And a new board another. Both times they were suuposed to be the "right" stuff. Both times they appeared identical to what we had before, with the predictable same result. To make a long story short, we cannot get past this problem. My question is, are there any tips on seating cards...any related antedotes...any other such problems with Raster Devices...? tonyM
