Hi All,
I came into possession of a dead 20 meg MiniScribe hard disk (I
can check the number but it's probably not important). This drive
simply gave error 1701 in the PC it was in, so it was replaced.
However, I've never pulled a drive apart before, so I decided to
do so with this one. Can anyone think of a way to possibly repair
it? I have an old 10 meg Seagate drive with bad media that I
could possibly snark some parts from, but other than time, it's
not worth putting any anything like money into the drive.
Probably wouldn't fit anyway... Thanks ...
Adam
