[comp.sys.ibm.pc] Compuadd 316s problem

At work we bought a 386SX from Compuadd, and we have had a real strange 
problem with it.  When we go to turn it on the hard disk won't start and
the machine won't boot.  We get a strange pattern on the monitor.  I have tried
all different ways of turning the system on but that doesn't help.  I 
have taken it in for service and the tech has not been able to isolate
the problem.  The good news is that when they get a 316s in, they will replace
ours.  Has anyone else had a similar problem?  I would like to put in a good
word for their service people, and a big rasberry to their nasty corporate
salespeople who don't even follow up on a sale.
