I have a broken SEFCO 12-MHZ AT motherboard. It appears that two
GALs (some kind of programmable array logic devices, like PALs) are blown.
They are much hotter than the normal. The i80286 processor and the
upper 512Kbytes RAM (2x256kbitx9) overheat as well.
The motherboard uses the POACH chip set, namely the POACH-1 and POACH-2.
I would appreciate any pointers to sources of those GAL chips.
Their complete characteristics are:
/ ZAT 2
/__ GAL20V8A-15LP
S1230 891901B
and
/ ZAT 1
/__ GAL20V8A-15LP
S1229 891901B
