Laserjet can emulate Epson FX? I have some software which can do wonders with Epson FX series printers -- but I don't have one. I am very fortunate to have an HP Laserjet but this particular software cannot use the Laserjet's features. My questions: Know of any Epson emulation software for the laserjet? Where do I get it? What's it cost? I have heard of one package: Laser Control from Insight Development Corp Anyone try this or have feedback on it? Thanks in advance, sk

Check your local SHARWARE dealer. They may be able to provide some utilities to do the PCL -> EPSON conversion that you are looking for. I have picked up several EPSON utilities from this source. I don't have the current catalog with me, here at the office, but I know that there is about a full page full of printer utilities in it. I'll check it tonight and post another response if I find any. My opinions are my own -- "I'm soo confused" --

[the previous sentence refers to a Postscript cartridge that will be available in April] and "your existing cartridges for the other Laserjets are compatible with the Laserjet III" I don't know if this means you can put the Laserjet III Epson cartridge in a Laserjet II, or if it needs some features of the Laserjet III. Maybe someone from HP Cupertino can comment on this? Bruce Carlson
