Just a note following up a post I made quite some time ago. In my original post, I asked for information/help in resolving a problem with 5.0 Tutor on a Zenith Z-158. The orignal post was several months ago. Starting a little over a week back, I've had a number of calls from WordPerfect Support, following up on the original problem report. This set included calls from the regional manager! I'm impressed by this level of customer support. The original problem report resulted in a fairly lengthy series of calls attempting to resolve the problem. The vast majority of these calls were originated by the support team rather than by me. The problem was not resolved during the first round of contacts. I was and am not particularly concerned, since I was upgrading from 4.2 to 5.0, and already knew the basics that Tutor teaches, especially since the platform (Z-158) is not exeactly state-of-the-art. I am impressed by the fact that they called me back months later with an update on the situation. I wish I could get this level of support from vendors for a number of packages for larger machines (MicroVAX and larger) costing orders of magnitude more!! The bottom line is that I recommend WordPerfect strongly. These folks care about supporting their customer base. ############################################################################### !
