[comp.sys.ibm.pc] DOS modem handlers w API

	Looking for a DOS 4.01 Modem handler package that provides
	the following:

	*	Interface to highlevel language applications
		with function/library calls.

	*	connect, send, receive, disconnect type calls.

	*	Handle at least a Hayes modem.	
	
	*	Like the UNIX "dial" call ().

	I know there are packages of this nature in the market but
	then, their phone number, address .... ????

	This would help me meet the aggressive deadlines that the
	current project demands.  The only other way would be to
	write this myself which can be time-consuming.
