I need to access files on one PC from another. The best way I can think of for my situtation requires a software/hardware product that I can't remember. What happens with this product is that the disk drives on the "remote" PC can be accessed from the "host". i.e. PC-1 PC-2 a: local a: local c: local c: local d: accesses a: on PC-2 d: accesses PC-1 a: e: accesses c: on PC-2 e: accesses PC-1 c: I know that this exists, I saw it at PC Expo in 1989 .
