I recently aquired a Seiko CM1440 VGA monitor and a Platinum VGA16 card. The Seiko claims VGA, Super VGA (800x600) and 8514 (1024x768) compatibility. The Platinum card (Trident VGA BIOS) has 512K and claims the same graphics resolutions as the monitor. VGA mode and 8514 mode work great, but the Super VGA mode results in two images on the screen, superimposed on each other. One image is about half screen, the other is full screen. The question is: which do I send back, the monitor or the card? Oh yeah, the card passes the Paradise VGA Challenge test with no errors. Thanks. -jeff -_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_ Jeff Jennings University of Colorado, Boulder { ut-sally | ihnp4 } !nbires!boulder!jennings
