I have a batch file that executes certain dos commands, then runs a word processor (Lotus Manuscript 2.1), and then executes some more dos commands. For example: dir ms 'This runs Manuscript dir My problem is this: if Manuscript changes directories while it is running (e.g. to load the spell checker, or to save a file to a different directory), then when I quit the program, I get a "batch file missing" error, and the second "dir" does not execute. Is there any way to avoid this error? Something to put in the batch file perhaps? I am not subscribed to either of these newsgroups, so please respond by e-mail if you can help (greenber@eniac.seas.upenn.edu). Thank you very much. _ __ ]_) . ] greenber@eniac.seas.upenn.edu <\___...____ ]_) ]~ ] C\ ]\) ]__]. "I am, therefore I think." </ (_III_) ~
