Some time ago, I asked for information on manipulating the keyboard lights of the PC AT and PS/2. I got info on the PC AT. I didn't get info on the PS/2. Those of you out there who know how the PS/2 hardware works: HELP! I've got a communications program with a custom handler for interrupt nine, and I'm handling CapsLock and NumLock, but the lights are wrong. (BTW: I know about the byte at location 40:17. That doesn't work when you write your own handler for interrupt nine. I need to know how to talk to the keyboard lights themselves.) I'll summarize all AT and PS/2 replies to the net. -- Chip Salzenberg at ComDev/TCT <chip%tct@ateng.com>, <uunet!ateng!tct!chip>
