	I've heard of that one.  The guy who makes them (yeah, there's
one or two earlier ones by the same producer, who doesn't direct anymore)
is named George Luckass (I *think*) and he DID do one pretty good SF flick,
expanded from his UCLA thesis project: THX-1138.  That and "Zardoz" were
the two best SF movies that year.

	THX-1138 is funny and frightening, with subtle pacing and fine
character sketches.  None of this dreck of "A long time ago in a
galaxy just outside of Boise".  I probably *could* suspend my disbelief
long enough to thoroughly enjoy a Star Wars movie, but I just can't
afford to rent the anchor-chain from an oil-tanker.  And have anything
left over to buy tickets with.
