[comp.sys.ibm.pc] PIC File Format

Does anybody know anything about the format of .PIC graphics files?
The Mouse Systems people (PCPaint) haven't been much help.  If you
have any documentation on this file format, please drop me line.

I know this has been discussed before; can someone please
tell me where I can get a description of PIC file format.

I'm trying to find a description of the .PIC file format, as used by
the Dr. Halo program. Does anyone know where I can find one?
