[comp.sys.ibm.pc] Need info on NETBIOS

Could anyone send me any information that they have on the
NETBIOS standard.  I am planning to make a cheap, simple network
for PCs, and want it to conform to this standard.  I'd be
grateful for any detail of netbios interrupts, or any pointers to
documentation.
