Anybody had _any_ success with the PCX viewer?? > 2) Inadvertently trying to File View an EXE file can lock up the machine. >One of the messages when this happened actually was issued by QEMM installed >on this user's Grid 386sx. > Every so often I get an error message from 386MAX about an attempt to do a priviledged something or other... It then hangs my machine... Perhaps my ver. of 386MAX is not LIM 4.0 compatible... The only other time I got this was when I tried to write to expanded memory when 386MAX was already using it... I have yet to delve thru the PCTOOLS manuals to see how to run the PCSHELL so it stays away from expanded memory... Nor have I had time to see if QEMM 5.0 causes the hanging problem to disappear... Anyone else have problems with your memory manager hanging up when using PCSHELL V6 ?? ================================================================================ Ross Bannerman | uunet!mitel!infotech Mitel Corp. +--------------------------------------------------- KANATA, Ont.
