I have a low cost laserjet plus emulating printer called the Epson GQ3500. I am having problems getting equivalent resolution i.e. the same stuff printed on a proper HP laserjet (relatively new) comes out ok. On the clone I find bits (usually the thinnest) of letters/lines missing. I am fairly sure this is a hardware problem in the printer. Anybody out there with experience of this beast who knows if this is intrinsic or correctable etc. etc. and if the latter what place to kick/scrub/shout at etc. etc. I realise that this is not the right group to post to, but you guys are probably the largest audience and have the maximum experience in these matters. Please reply by email to avoid generating too much stuff on the newsnet. Thanks in advance, Robin
