I am trying to program a 386-25 PC.I wish to control the DMA directlyyy in the MS-DOS environment. I need to do this for I have added a AT board and I want to write a driver for the board. I want to know if there is available PD or SW utilities that will help me to achiece this. Also any suggestionor comments are welcome. Thanks in advance. If I remember correctly, comtrolling the DMA can be tricky. It involves a lot of I/O programming and timing considerations. You may want to get the book: _Advanced_MS-DOS_ by Ray Duncan. That book is full of hints and ideas.... later....... DE Ken Linder KA9RVK
