[comp.sys.ibm.pc] Contemplating Purchase of "Excelerator" CASE Tool

I am comtemplating the purchase of a CASE tool for use on
a PC platform.  Excelerator seems to lead the list of choices.

I would like to hear your comments about Excelerator.
