I bought a 2400 baud modem w/send only FAX capability about a week ago from JDR microdevices for $119 plus assorted costs. It came out cheaper than anything in the british market. And hey! it works great. It took me less than two hours to set up in my old, home made at-clone. The fax software is good (it looks a lot like profax) and the fax quality coming out is superb! I have to say this is one of the few times I am totally happy with a purchase. It sounds like the modem you're mentioning is the same one, so go ahead, it's great (and addictive.
