This is one of the worst movies since the advent of color photography. The sound is muggy, the scenery is foggy, the action is slapstick and infantile, the acting makes Ali McGraw look like Meryl Streep, the writing is comparable to a "Laugh-in" skit produced by a Junior High School. It is edited with clubs and dull knives and it's (worst crime of all) boring. This is a real rip-off of a third-rate, low-budget, nothing of a film. For those of you who loved the first Superman (like I did) and were disappointed by the 2nd - avoid this one at all costs. I am truly surprised that the film has received mixed reviews, some good and some not so good. This film raises subjective opinion to the level of hard science - it is a *fact* that this film defines bad cinema.

Coudn't agree more ..... Superman III is a flop. Ken hou5d!kwmc
